Several leasing opportunities in a variety of configurations are available as follows:

Main Level
The Lobby, with its dramatic skylight, and the existing Old Seelbach Bar, are available for lease to a signature restaurant operator. The lobby will remain as a “public space”, with casual seating, and will be serviced by the restaurateur.
Starbucks – The existing Starbucks Coffee space is available for lease either separately or may possible combined with The Old Seelbach Bar.
Gift Shop – The existing Gift Shop is going to be relocated, and this exquisite rotunda-like space is available to lease to an upscale dry use.
Other Ground Floor Retail – The existing Otto’s Café, along with the retail bays adjacent to it are available and may be leased separately or combined into a larger space. Potentially, up to 6,500 square feet is available to a single user.
